I guess the k3b-codecs package is provide by packman, I wondered this is not correct place for it, maybe go https://bugs.links2linux.org/browse/PM are better for packman issue. Anyway, it looks like YaST2 issue for me, re-assign to yast team. Could you please attach yast logs?
