After system installation, the very first login session to KDE workspace fails because you have to manually switch the workspace profile from "Default" which is not functional, to "KDE Plasma Workspace" or whatever other profile.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OpenSUSE with default KDE workspace
2. Try to start a new KDE workspace session with "Default" profile.
Actual Results:
Login sessions with "Default" profile fail to start

Expected Results:
"Default" profile should be equivalent to "KDE Plasma Workspace" profile when installing openSUSE with KDE workspace.
