The package list doesn't fit into the window and therefore has a scroll bar.
If right/left arrow keys don't work for scrolling use Ctrl 'e'/Ctrl 'a'.

I won't bother with reopening, but I can't help pointing out that the package list would fit this VERY WIDE window much better if the "Filter" window was just 10-12 positions narrower.
