dmesg after a suspend/resume

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot machine
2. Suspend to disk
3. Resume
4. Mouse is not working
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3
6. Mouse is working
Actual Results:  
Bluetooth mouse is not working every second time resumed.

Expected Results:  
Mouse should always work. That is true when suspending to RAM.
