Publishing fixed ISOs is very unlikely, so the best solution is probably to document it in the release notes.

Proposed text (Torsten, please improve as needed):

memtest on the openSUSE 12.2 media is broken and reports errors in test 7 on good RAM modules. Use the openSUSE 12.1 media if you need to run memtest.
