I could not reproduce this on 12.1 nor on 12.2. I tried changing fstab options for a test entry and it worked in both versions. From the logs I see you are trying to change mount options of /dev/sdc1 which is mount to /media/ALMACEN this does not look like a typical fstab entry anyway. Are you sure you have an fstab entry for /dev/sdc1 at all. Maybe this device has been mounted by some desktop functionality? Now I saw that YaST2 UI offered to change Fstab Options also for devices that were mounted somewhere, but did not have an fstab entry. This is confusing. I changed the user interface that such devices have the Fstab Options button disabled. This should more clearly indicate that changing fstab options is not possible for these devcies.
