Sorry, it continues ok after  It hang about two minutes , but My pc's workload is very low.

what step the time consume mostly?

Please run the supportconfig again, but tail -f /var/log/nts_*/basic-health-check.txt to find out which system command is taking too long.

I can't reproduce it , we can close it.
