I can't fint Netbios Server in list of services to allow it to External zones. It needs to browse workgroup by names.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install sysem from LIVE KDE Factory
2. zypper dup
3. Go to yast - firewall and try allow netbios server to external zones
Actual Results:  
netbios server absent in list of services

Expected Results:  
In previous version netbios server was in the list.

netbios server was in opensuse 12.2 see screenshot

in 12.3 beta it absent.
