Tried to configure NTP via YAST. I added and tested server OK but on trying to save the configuration, the message appeared "Cannot adjust 'NTP' service."

I observed this on a Beta 1 installation with NTP enabled.

y2log shows that Service.ycp(?) cannot see ntp in systemd services, because ntp.rpm has only an init.d script
