YaST2 sw_single module shows as untranslated (English) even though the package "yast2-trans-es" (Spanish) is installed.

Other YaST2 modules remain translated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a YaST2 translation package (only tested as Spanish: yast2-trans-es)
2. Start "yast2 sw_single" as root.
Actual Results:
The first window appears correctly translated (loading modules, etc.), then closes to show the main UI.
The main UI is untranslated (English), although the translation package is installed (see screenshot).

Expected Results:
The UI should be correctly translated.

No message is shown in the command line.

This seems fixed in 12.3 final.
