during install user dosn't add  an after install, i can't add user with yast

when i start 
 - yast
 - security and users 
 - user and group management 

i become the following  error-message 
"Error while creating client module users"

BTW, I've just tested with Build0091 and did not met any error with users

since the yast update same days ago,  the yast-modul inst_user work fine
