The yast ncurses online update lists today besides other packages:

 a+  │openSUSE-2013-92 │dhcp: Several bugfixes                              │ 
 a+  │openSUSE-2013-90 │update for libupnp
 a+  │openSUSE-2013-94 │kernel: update to 3.4.28

To read the patch descriptions I step down with the arrow-down key.  If I want to step from libupnp to kernel, everything is blocked and yast hangs.  'top' shows y2base with ~100% cpu consumption.  I'll attach the log.

The reason for YaST hanging is a bug in NCRichText (AdjustPrePad).
I will fix this for 12.3 in libyui-ncurses and provide an update for 12.2.

Looking into this I found another problem with patch descriptions inside the package selector. Will also fix this for 12.3 in libyui-ncurses-pkg and provide an update for 12.2.

I have created request 156123 for maintenance and a patchinfo.
The patch has to include libyui-ncurses-2.22.5 and libyui-ncurses-pkg-2.22.8 and should be provided for 12.2.

Are request and patchinfo created correctly?

package names for 12.2 are yast2-ncurses and yast2-ncurses-pkg
