Can confirm this. Updated a 12.2 system with the 12.3-RC2 Build 0095 ISO file. After pressing the IGNORE button the upgrade process completed succesful.

I guess the changes (just committed) in $OBS/home:mtomaschewski:tests/sysconfig
should fix it,but I didn't tested it yet...
