User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0

Anytime I log into XFCE - whether from a 64-bit VBox install or from the 32-bit XFCE Resue CD, I see no sign of XFCE loading and am returned to the login screen (or in the case of the passwordless login screen on the CD, just left with the default 12.3 background).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to login into XFCE
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Nothing or sent back to login manager.

Expected Results:
XFCE starts properly and the panel and desktop appear.

I have made sure my media isn't corrupt and have tested on several different hardware situations.

I downloaded Rescue CD 12.3 RC2. XFCE did not start and returned to the login
screen. IceWM and TWM starts without problem from login screen.
