randomly when i reboot the system
then
some services do not start :
- networkmanager
- bluedevil
- can't access to the scanner
etc.
then
i shutdown the system
then
i start pc
then
all works

when i say networkmanager i don't speak about accessing to internet. this works well. this is the app networkmanager which is not running

networkmanager and bluedevil are not in the systray but are hidden in the systray not active app list

phenomenon happens also when starting pc not only when rebooting
