YaST2 GTK(software manager) version in openSUSE 12.3 is missing  settings under Dependencies menu
==>clean up when deleting packages
==>Allow vendor change
These settings were present in  GTK-YaST in openSUSE 12.2

To bolster the case . I have added to screenshots ,one from my own system with openSUSE 12.3 and other from openSUSE 12.2 screenshots/attachments obtained from image http://susestudio.com/a/jMOVxa/cr-os-linux in SUSE Studio gallery

We are busy with a lot of stuff. You can speed-up this bug being fixed if you provide a patch.

Fixed in libyui-gtk-pkg version 2.42.9 .
