Description Michael Catanzaro 2013-03-26 01:21:53 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0

Under Configure Desktop -> Login Screen -> Convenience, the options "Enable Auto-Login" and "Enable Password-Less Logins" seem completely nonfunctional.

This functionality also exists in YaST2 -> User and Group Administration -> Expert Options (in the lower right) -> Login Settings. At least the YaST autologin option works perfectly. But these settings are out of sync with the KDE settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I did a fresh install of 12.3 with the KDE live cd, and did NOT check "enable login" during the install.
2. Try to enable autologin from Configure Desktop (KDE control panel)... doesn't work.
3. Try to enable autologin from YaST, does work.
