User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0

Since openSUSE 12.3, the standard user that the Installation creates is not in the video group. All new users created later, are.
This causes a problem with the proprietary nvidia driver.
glxinfo will show this:
NVIDIA: could not open the device file /dev/nvidiactl (Permission denied)
direct rendering: No

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openSUSE from DVD
2. check groups e.g. in yast or "groups <username>"
3. see that user is not in video group
Actual Results:
user is not in video group

Expected Results:
user is in video group

I had this problem with the i586 version on my netbook and the x86_64 on my pc, and somebody went into IRC with the same issue today.
