we enabled multiversioned kernels by default in 12.3 via zypp.conf


the script that removes the kernels afterwards is "purge-kernels" in
mkinitrd, which should be default enabled.

Due to the systemd presets we however do not enable by default.

A updated systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE needs to be done with this addition.
