Description Olaf Hering 2013-05-21 15:51:51 UTC
KDE does not seem to remember the display resolutions across reboots, something selects always the highest display resoltion.

My CRT "LG 702BE" does 85Hz or 75Hz only at lower resolutions, the highest resoltion flickers at 60Hz. Its possible to adjust the resolution in the control center. But it does not stick, after a reboot the large resoltuion is active again.

I think the system should remember the selected resoltion.

Have you tried saving the configuration Olaf? Anyway, this should be resolved with KScreen, provided with KDE 4.11/openSUSE 13.1, please re-open of you'll be able to reproduce then
