Description Thomas Hänig 2013-06-17 00:03:50 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0

Neither "logout", "shut down" nor "restart" (via kde session manager) from within a KDE3 Session while YaST2's software management is open works.

Each time a message window appears in the upper left corner of the screen, saying:

KDE System Notifications
logout cancelled by 'YaST2'

The chosen command is ignored but YaST2 is closed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Yast2 (Control Center) from start menue
2. click "add remove software"
3. call "end-session-menu" (right click on desktop => log out user)
4. choose one of "End current session" / "Turn off computer" / "restart computer" by clicking onto
Actual Results:
a message window appears in the upper left corner of the screen:

KDE System Notifications
logout cancelled by 'YaST2'

furthermore YaST2 is terminated (main and add-software window) but one remains logged in

Expected Results:
the chosen option should be honored

This is not a bug, this is feature. Anyway, not related to KDE3
