User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/538.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chromium/25.0.1349.2 Chrome/25.0.1349.2 Safari/538.1 SUSE/13.1 (3.9.90) Epiphany/3.9.90

if gnomesu is in use (say, you've got gedit open as root via gnomesu) and you hover the mouse over the "Activities" button, the display freezes permanently.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open terminal
2. type gnomesu gedit
3. hover mouse over "activities"
Actual Results:
Display freezes

Expected Results:
Overview should open and the display should keep running without any problems

This problem also occurred in 12.3. I've got an NVIDIA graphics card and have experienced this issue with the open source and proprietary drivers.
