Unable to logon as root - I can not enter root as the user - I only am able to logon as "andy"

12.x allowed me to logon as root.

Is this a policy change to stop loging on as root???

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install
2. Try logon as root and you cant.

Bypass.

Boot system
Change session type to "Terminal"
input "root" as name
input "********" as password

Now logoned as root

startx

Root now running under KDE.

Is this KDE????

Problem is fixed in formal release.
