Apper has found many updates, which I could not install because of license issue.

I wanted to install these updates over YaST2 > Online-Update : No updates were found.

That is because YaST is more conservative and only shows updates for which a patch description exists, whereas Apper eagerly updates to any higher package version. It works as designed.
