Due to incorrect starting of SuSEfirewall phase 2 during installation (after refreshing repositories at the end of second stage) systemd starts only phase 1 when starting freshly installed system.

This was found when debugging bnc#843646.

The fix is to remove starting of SuSEfirewall2_setup from YaST. Then systemd will see the need to start it and will do it properly.
