Since YaST2 was converted, rearranging the order of stanzas in /boot/grub/menu.lst is not possible using the "Move Up" button. When it is pushed, the pointer indicates activity but nothing happens. Fortunately, the "Move Down" button works and provides an alternative method.

This bug still exists in 13.1 Final.  It may be related to Bug 846102 - openSUSE 13.1 RC1 i586 Up-Button for Disk order settings not working.
