Whenever I start the yast package manager on the Gnome LIVE image, it exists after refreshing the sources.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot from LIVE image
2. Start Package Manager
3. The package manager unexpectedly exits after refreshing live sources
Actual Results:  
Package mangager exits.

Expected Results:  
Package manager shows the detailed package manager window.

Yast repository management and console zypper works.

Log of backtrace point to a problem with libyui-gtk:

[Gtk] libyui-gtk:0 gtk_list_store_get_value: assertion 'iter_is_valid (iter, list_store)' failed
[GLib-GObject] libyui-gtk:0 gtype.c:4215: type id '0' is invalid
[GLib-GObject] libyui-gtk:0 can't peek value table for type '<invalid>' which is not currently referenced
