SKYPE

openSUSE 13.1 is using PulseAudio 4.0. This new version expose a bug
in the current version of Skype for Linux (v4.2). Until a new version
of Skype arrive, we need to run skype from the command line:

$ PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 skype
