similar to Bug 851676 (german keyboard leyout in /etc/sysconfig/keyboard but by login the amerikan keyboard is active) but:
not only keyboard, but also language, timezone and the login at boot-toime falls back to the values american / english / UTC /automaticLogin.
At installation Time the values where set to language=german, keyboard=german(swiss), Timezone=Zurich, NO automatic login.
After boot YAST shows the correct values, but they are not effective. New setting with YAST makes the values effective, but only within thh session.
Seems, that boot has another parameter list than the one YAST writes.
System: openSuse 13.1 DVD-64, with all updates, Haswell with built-in graphic, UEFI secure boot, multiboot W8.1, ubuntu12.04, openSuse 13.1

Actual Results:  
wrong keyboard layout, wrong language, wrong timezone, automatic login instaed of manual login

Expected Results:  
boot with keyboard-layout, language, timezone and MANUAL login, as stated during DVD-installation and (many) times with YAST after boot.

Can't believe it happens only to me. American keyboard layout instead of the real layout is not so funny when you have a password with special-characters.
