Caused by `Wizard.SetProductName` creating UI by `UI.SetProductName`
in constructor.

Kdump needs Bootloader, Bootloader needs Product, Product needs Wizard,
Wizard needs UI.

For obvious reasons, commandline doesn't need UI.

The cause is duplicate, but the bugreport is not.
