Created attachment 576978 [details] screenshot of error message during installer User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 Installation fails when trying to install openSuSE 13.1 from ISO (openSUSE-13.1-DVD-i586.iso) into a new VM in VMWare Player 6.0.1 build-1379776. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open VMWare, click 'Create New Virtual Machine'. 2. Select 'Install from Installer disc image file', select ISO image 3. There should be the following message: 'OpenSUSE Detected. This operating system will use Easy Install.' Click Next. 4. Enter full name, username, password, click Next. 5. Give virtual machine a name and location, click Next. 6. For 'Specify Disk Capacity', use default of 'Split virtual disk into multiple files'. Click Next. 7. For 'Ready to Create Virtual Machine', leave settings as they are, click Finish. Actual Results: Installation continues until 'Preparing System for Automatic Installation' screen, step 'Retrieve & Read Control File', then displays orange warning dialog (see screenshot) Expected Results: Install as normal, no incident CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T7700 RAM: 3.50GB VMware Version: 6.0.1 build-1379776 Host OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
