YaST2 LDAP server new setup fails with:
sh: /usr/sbin/slapadd: Permission denied

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure LDAP to get around command line URL bug
2. Use YaST2 to configure
3. Observe bug
Actual Results:  
YaST2 should configure a new LDAP system, it doas not.

Expected Results:  
We should have an LDAP server up and running
