As per subj we should enable hb and bz2 compressions in freetype2.

Problem is that we also need to avoid build cycles so there is need for bootstrap package... :/

Exactly, this creates cycles huge like a house and more one tries to solve them, bigger they become. So, Won't fix, unfortunately
