The bug 888787  is solved for Opensuse 13.1 but it was made again in 13.2.

It is about removal of:

add_also_request (alsoreq, "dhcp6.server-id");

in 

/src/dhcp-manager/nm-dhcp-dhclient-utils.c

In the meantime I have got a further router/device, where this bug is producing time outs.

And the new winner is: Netgear AC785

Windows works,

manually: dhclient -6 -d -S wlan0     works too

but via nm (the normal case) it times out

Patch added to NM 0.9.10.0 package and submitted as SR#280478 to GNOME:Factory for submission to openSUSE:Factory

Submitted as SR#280481 to openSUSE:13.2:Update
