Description Forgotten User 0Pa7LREnXl 2015-01-17 03:13:34 UTC
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0
Build Identifier:

Despite having set net.ipv6.conf.enp4s0.use_tempaddr = 2 in /etc/sysctl.conf, the setting gets effectively ignored by the DHCP6 mechanism. Apparently, there is no other way of enabling this kernel-based feature (Network Manager is not started with my system by default and does not supply this option anyway).

Reproducible: Always

Sorry, it seems that I should have had more patience. Closed bug.
