Description M Koyama 2015-04-14 17:25:21 UTC
I think php5-fpm not work.

When log output, application can not find logfile directory.

Edit  /usr/lib/systemd/system/php-fpm.service

ExecStart=/usr/sbin/php-fpm --nodaemonize --fpm-config /etc/php5/fpm/php-fpm.conf

   to

ExecStart=/usr/sbin/php-fpm --nodaemonize --fpm-config /etc/php5/fpm/php-fpm.conf -p /var

Application can find /var/log/php-fpm.log and output log.

Thank you.

Steps To Reproduce:
zypper -n in php5-fpm
cp -a /etc/php5/fpm/php-fpm.conf{.default,}
systemctl start php-fpm.service
systemctl -l status php-fpm.service

Actual Results:
ERROR: failed to open error_log (/usr/var/log/php-fpm.log): No such file or directory (2)
Comment 2 Petr Gajdos 2015-04-20 12:04:47 UTC
php-fpm needs to be configured with --localstatedir=/var.
Comment 3 Petr Gajdos 2015-04-20 12:43:27 UTC
Could you please test php5-fpm from

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/pgajdos:/maintenance:/php5/openSUSE_13.2_Update/

Thanks

This is an autogenerated message for OBS integration:
This bug (927147) was mentioned in
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/298165 Factory / php5
Comment 5 Bernhard Wiedemann 2015-04-22 18:59:01 UTC
I successfully tested the fix using the rpm from devel:languages:php

It is already accepted to Factory,
but still needs to be released to Tumbleweed (probably soon)
