At startup there are many errors like:

nss_ldap: failed to bind to LDAP server ldap://...

I guess the LDAP systemd unit file should depend on network-online.target?

Please if you still reproduce this issue on current openSUSE open a new ticket
against a specific openSUSE version rather than against the openSUSE.org
asignee (see the Product and Version fields in bugzilla).
