audio settings

Hello,
Two (2) problems When playing a video/audio file with flash-player.
-Glenn

problem 1: video plays much faster than normal.

[example]
video is 10 mins 27sec long and it plays  1 min

problem2 : I get no sound at all [even checked sound is unmuted]
