when having set Italian language, all changes in Plasma right click menu but one:
unlock widgets, lock widgets. This translation is missing / not working.

The problem is that the installer doesn't install the correct translations at the moment, only english.
See also Bug#945039.

Select the language you want in YaST->Software Management->View->Languages, this should install them.

The rest of the desktop is only translated because bundle-lang-kde-en by mistake contains certain translations for *all* languages...

Alternatively you can also install the corresponding *-lang packages  (for this particular case it's plasma-framework-lang) instead of bundle-lang-kde-xxx.
