The context menus (right mouse click) of the KDE control panel is only partially translated into German.

The problem was probably related to the problem described in bug#950879 - at least it was no longer a problem, when I installed using openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20151030-Media.iso. Thus I close the issue.
