The default theme of Xfce seems outdated, it shows the old good green waves, not a shiny bulb.  It should be updated for the new artwork.

The splash screen belongs to xfce4-splash-branding-openSUSE that is a subpackage of branding-openSUSE.

Coolo, could you update openSUSE/xfce/splash.png there?

there is no artwork team and I don't have time to work on this

Kenneth can you look at updating this as part of the Leap 15/TW refresh?
