1)
glenn:~/tmplibsolv # export LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
glenn:~/tmplibsolv # zypper help ps
ps [options]

List running processes which might still use files and libraries deleted by recent upgrades.

  Command options:

-s, --short Create a short table not showing the deleted files. Given twice, show only processes which are associated with a system
service. Given three times, list the associated system service names only.
--print <format> For each associated system service print <format> on the standard output, followed by a newline. Any '%s' directive in
<format> is replaced by the system service name.

The help for "ps" is not translated :
maybe becuase zypper-po.tar.bz2 misses msgstr :
#. translators: --print <format>
#: src/Zypper.cc:2795
#, c-format, boost-format
msgid "For each associated system service print <format> on the standard output, followed by a newline. Any '%s' directive in <format> is replaced by the system service name."
msgstr ""

Fix was done here: sle-zypper-po.tar.bz2
#. translators: --print <format>
#: src/Zypper.cc:2771
#, c-format, boost-format
msgid "For each associated system service print <format> on the standard output, followed by a newline. Any '%s' directive in <format> is replaced by the system service name."

-- but not used

2) in man page there is still "the the system"

man zypper -> search for --print

  --print format
For each associated system service print format on the standard output, followed by a newline. Any %s directive in format is replaced by the
               the system service name.

We can open separate bugs for that or reopen this one.

due to a typo in the spec file :(

No need for a new bug.

yeah,
if [ -f ../po/sle-zypp-po.tar.bz2 ]; then
  export TRANSLATION_SET=sle-zypp
fi

instead of sle-zypper-po.tar.bz2

I have missed that as well ;(

ok then
Comment 6 Michael Andres 2016-02-15 08:35:51 UTC
Fixed TRANSLATION_SET in zypper-1.12.33. SLE12 and older are not affected.

Also fixed a 'the the' in the SLE12 man page for zypper-1.11.51 (no extra submission for this; it will be part of the next release).
