I have enabled session restoring.
But programs like dolphin and console are not restored after login.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Setup the desktops with the programs: dolphin, console, firefox, thunderbird
2.reboot computer
3.some programs are not restored correctly: console and dolphin
Actual Results:  
Programs are not restored

Expected Results:  
Programs should be restored

That's practically the same as Bug#955280...
