Description Forgotten User -GI11M788Y 2015-12-24 23:15:38 UTC
I downloaded openSUSE-Tumbleweed-KDE-Live-x86_64-Snapshot20151221-Media.iso and created a USB stick by using the instruction found at

https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Live_USB_stick

I tried both with SUSE Studio Image Writer and the dd command but the results where the same: The USB stick boots but it gets stuck in the green splash screen and pressing Alt+Ctrl+Fx or Esc in order to see any error messages doesn't seem to work. The check installation media reports no errors and I have tried with two different USB sticks and in two different PCs (a Dell XPS 8700 desktop and a Acer VN7-591G-77FS laptop).

Burning the same iso in a DVD-R works ok.
