Installing of the Audacity package lead to "code converter not found",
but it occurs at many other online updates. Yast2 stopped at te error.
The actual message is:

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:

Can you please post your env? (simply run `env` and post here result. Looks like related to system encoding

Josef requested the output of "env". There is not much we can do with just a screen shot.

OK, disregard. We are pretty sure that this is a duplicate of bug #932014 which is fixed by now.
