Actuallay, during installation update of system can be selected by adding repos and then select the right ones.

1. Automatically fill the checkbox for repos
2. Rename "add repos" to "update system" during installation

Installation/upgrade/installation with updates is already supported.

If you otherwise barely intelligible bug report refers to changing defaults in point 1: openSUSE is a multi-purpose distribution. The default settings and packages are a starting point. Unfortunately, it is impossible to fit every single use case with a single default.

Point 2 is irrelevant because you misunderstood how install/upgrade/install with online repos works.

Resist the temptation to re-open this bug just because you want to. With lack of substantial new information it will be closed again for the same reason.
