Qt 5.6.0 is available in both openSUSE Leap and Tumbleweed (in Qt 5 repo), but in Tumbleweed it cannot be installed due to KDE packages requiring Qt 5.5.1.
Please rebuild KDE with Qt 5.6.0 in Tumbleweed so that Qt 5.6.0 can be used.
Tested with Frameworks 5.21.0 and Plasma 5.6.2.

Qt 5.6.0 has been submitted to Factory already, and will be available in Tumbleweed when it passes through openqa.

AFAIK it causes problems with YaST at the moment, which have to be fixed first though.
