Description Forgotten User a7WoeR1Qyc 2016-06-15 16:19:16 UTC
Since Tumbleweed Version 20160612 I cannot login thru kdm, xdm etc. because the directories below /run/user are not created while logging in.

In Tumbleweed Version 20160609 it still worked.

I copied from another machine with Tumbleweed Version 20160609 the files
/etc/pam.d/common-session-pc
/etc/pam.d/common-password-pc
/etc/pam.d/common-auth-pc
/etc/pam.d/common-account-pc
to the machine with Tumbleweed 20160612 where it didn't worked and rebooted and it worked again.

So the bug must be in the call of pam-config during the zypper up process.

Sorry the working Tumbelweed version is not 20160609 but 20160605!

20160605 had an issue with pam-config which wont resolve after update to the next snapshot. Please see original report for resolution.
