There are various items (like for example the VNC Server) that require a 'window manager' to be present on the system.

In case a user has XFCE installed and adds tigervnc it would be beneficial for the user if no other unnescessary WM is being pulled in by deps

It is thus recommended to identify the 'window manager' package of XFCE and add a
Provides: windowmanager
to it

Otherwise, any random other wm will be added to the system in plus

I fixed the package and created a sr for factory.
