I try to manualy instal RPM from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
During instalation, I see mesage (atached):
"Package is broken, integrity check has failed" 
with buttons Skip | Abort | Retry.

But Then looking in details, it is just case of not existing public key.
And if you press Skip – package still will be installed, suggesting label should be Continue.

I do not think so. This is not the normal case and due security reasons the package should not be installed by YaST. 
If it is really needed an experienced user as you will be able to install the
package manually. What you have proved. :-)
